High-Speed Rotary Die Cutting

Rotary Die cutting is an extremely accurate effective process for creating unique products from various types of non-metallic materials. 

• Rotary precision die cutting is intended for high volume production runs.  
• Parts can be either Kiss cut in rolls or sheets, with or without the web being removed or individual cut through pieces.
• This die cutting process operates utilizing cylindrical die(s) that cut against a hardened roll.  Flexible magnetic or engraved hard tooling is used to maintain very tight tolerances.
• With high-speed capabilities, most orders can be turned around in very short lead times.
