Custom Slitting of Roll Goods and Splitting of Raw Materials

• G. F. Cole slits and strips roll(s) of non-metallic materials, with and without adhesive to various lengths and widths to meet our customers’ unique applications.
• Our computerized slitting equipment spins circular blade(s) through pre-rolled goods making clean even cuts all the way through the material. Each roll is carefully and precisely slit to width from larger master rolls. Resulting in high quality, improved yields and lower costs.
• In addition, our splitting equipment slices off clean even sheets for use in your custom order. Being able to split raw materials in-house gives us the ability to reduce lead times and provide precise material thicknesses.
• Our experienced team ensures that our customers specified quality and design requirements are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
