High-Speed Flatbed Cutting

Flatbed Die cutting is extremely versatile.

• Utilized for cutting various material thickness as well as cutting small to very large parts.
• Parts can be either Kiss cut in rolls or sheets, with or without the web being removed or individual cut through pieces.
• With a flatbed die cutter the equipment cuts out product using a hydraulic press with steel rule dies or engraved hard tooling.  The vertical motion allows for thicker material to be cut, resulting in a cleaner more precise edge.
• Precision flatbed presses can cut individual parts or kiss cut similar too rotary cutting presses.  Flatbed die cutting equipment can cut a wide range of materials.
