A customer in the medical industry contracted G.F. Cole Corporation to fabricate a valve gasket using our precision high-speed die cutting process. We utilized our advanced high speed punch press to manufacture the gasket from silicone, maintaining a dimensional tolerance of ±.005" and a thickness tolerance of ±.002". We performed a documented caliper inspection to ensure quality, then cleaned and packaged the units for stocking. 600,000 pieces are produced annually for this client, shipping the product from our facility with JIT deliveries.
